Q. How long will it take for our website to be completed?
A. This is very much dependent on the size of the site to be built and other factors such how quickly clients get images and text content to us.

Q. How do I send information to you?
A. The quickest way is by email. You can send all text content in an email Microsoft Word or Notepad (Preferred) format and images in any format you wish. Larger files may have to be zipped up or put onto a USB stick which will be returned to you.

Q. Do I have to pay up front?
A. We only require a minimal deposit of 25% of the total for work to be done. This will be detailed in your quote. A final invoice will be sent once you are happy with your website prior to going live.

Q. Are there any additional or hidden costs?
A. No. Your price does not contain any other costs other than those quoted. The only cost is the annual charge for web hosting if you select that service.

Q. Will I need website hosting?
A. Most certainly! No doubt you have seen many offers of free hosting but these come at a price usually with adverts and pop up pages. Our affordable web hosting for businesses are free from any of this and will only enhance your professional image.

Q. Will we need to meet?
A. In todays' modern world that usually is not necessary as most work is done over the phone or by email. Should you wish to meet and discuss options there are additional costs for travelling outside a 10 Mile radius of our office.

Q. Can I update my website myself?
A. Yes you can. This is referred to as Content Management System, (CMS). Or if you prefer you can leave us to take care of your website updates with one of our website maintenance plans.

Q. Do I get a copy of the website?
A. Yes you do. On completion you will receive a full copy of your website files. In addition you will also receive a copy of your business or personal logo (if selected), that can be used on letterheads, etc.

Q. Do I need to install any software?
A. No not at all.

Q. How many pages can I have on my website?
A. You can work within one of our web design price plans or have as many as you wish. A quote is always prepared for you to consider.

Q. Do you guarantee a top spot on Google
A. No. We do not have any control over Google. Our target is always to get you seen on the first page though.

Q. I would like a professional email address do you supply those?
A. Yes we do. Our hosting plan comes with email addresses. It's up to you what you want such as sales@mybusiness.com or yourname@mybusiness.co.uk. We help you to set these up free of charge.

Q. Will I need a domain name?
A. Most definitely. Without this no one will find you. If you already have a domain we can help to point this at our servers if you choose our web hosting package or we can register your domain for you.
